How Do I....
Obtain A Repeat Prescription?
These are available if your doctor feels that your medication can be safely prescribed on a repeat basis without you needing to see the doctor every time. We can provide you with a computer printout
for repeat ordering.
Please tick the items you require on the slip on the right-hand side of your prescription; you must allow two working days for these to be processed. You can either:
Hand your slip to any receptionist.
Contact your usual chemist who will request your script, collect it from the surgery and dispense it for you to collect from the chemists at a convenient time (see your chemist for
more details).
Fax a prescription request to 0151 929 6805.
Send the request along with a stamped addressed envelope so it can be posted back to you.
Repeat prescriptions cannot be arranged over the telephone as per guidance from the Department of Health.
Most chemists in the area provide a collection service. Please see your pharmacist about this.
THIS FORM BELOW IS CURRENTLY DISABLED - PLEASE USE ONE OF THE ALTERNATIVE METHODS MENTIONED ABOVE TO REQUEST PRESCRIPTIONS.
